How credits work
Credits are compute
Each task the agent runs draws credits. A typical video lands between $5 and $25 depending on complexity.
Overage gets cheaper on a term
Credits beyond the ones in your plan are bought $100 at a time, and the rate drops the longer you commit. Top-ups are always manual, so nothing gets billed behind your back.
Committing adds credits
A term never lowers your price. You pay the same and get bonus credits on top. Six months earns half the bonus of twelve.
Rollover on a term only
On a 6 or 12 month term, unused credits carry month to month and into renewal. On month to month there is no rollover. Credits expire each month.
Balance first
We draw down your rolled-over balance before anything else. Only once it is empty do you need to top up.
A clean stop
The service pauses when credits run out. No surprise invoice. Top up and pick up where you left off.
Unlimited users
Every plan, every tier. You never pay per seat, so the whole team can use the agent from day one.
Add-ons are spend levels
An add-on price is the monthly credit spend it unlocks at, not a fee on the side. Reach the level and it comes with the plan, and every dollar is still credits you spend on work.
Business is fixed at $1,250 per month in credits.
